Sorry, but our Constitution prohibits cruel & unusual punishment, & in my view it’s cruel to jail a 90 year old. They should have sentenced him to house arrest.
Sadly, the libs are bent on violating our Constitutional rights as much as possible – witness Obamcare forcing us to buy health insurance even if we don’t want it, or the Clippers owner exercising his right to free speech then being banned from attending any NBA games & being told he must sell his team.
