I would take the Balmer deal and move on there is absolutely nothing to gain by attempting to crush a billionaire who could have been duped to begin with

@Whuppin13 I get your point but I would go through with the vote. I think at this point you want all owners on record with a vote. That would probably comply with the NBA constitution.

How does he have the right to sue the NBA when he is no longer a Trustee here, which I assume would no longer make him a controlling owner of the team anyways right?
