Just out of curiosity, was there any ordinance on the aircraft when the pilot jettison ? If so, was it detonated on impact or unarmed and retrieved by military personnel ?
Any comments ?

The Harriers are now quite old and as I understand it have had little in the way of upgrades or life extension as Congress pours massive amounts of money into the F35 program.
