The owners, investors and crew management should all be charged with murder by greed and reckless endangerment of human life. The load was many times larger than regulation allowed and when it shifted the crew knew there was no hope so they saved themselves.

As a parallel occurrence look back to the 1995 collapse of a department store in Seoul also due to ignoring engineering safety guidelines in pursuit of mindless greed…
