Is this the same Tom Frieden that was saying teen e-cigarette use was up earlier this spring? Maybe Tom there is a correlation between cigarette use dropping and the safe e-cigarettes. The French OFDT March study found a correlation. More e-cig use equals less cigarette use. And they found e-cigarettes were used less times per month than those who remained smoking cigarettes among young people.
