These kids are looking for work. China is booming. We send empty boats back to China every day.

Why resort to social engineering when ACTUAL engineering will suffice? Give the kids some graham crackers and put them safely on the empty freight ships to China.

Democratic U.S. lawmakers announced legislation on Monday that would provide lawyers for thousands of undocumented minors streaming across the border into the United States, saying forcing children to face deportation proceedings alone goes against fundamental American values.

“It is a fantasy to believe that they have a fair shot in immigration proceedings without counsel,” New York U.S. Representative Hakeem Jeffries told a news conference.

Jeffries and the other House of Representatives Democrats introducing the bill said as many as 40 to 50 percent of the undocumented children would have legitimate claims to remain in the United States under current law, citing studies by the United Nations and other agencies.”

Obama creates laws to allow amnesty to children brought into the country illegally. Thousands of children flood the borders seeking amnesty. Democrats call this a humanitarian crisis. They then decide to give the illegals lawyers and predict at least 50% can claim amnesty given the current laws.

Do any of you Democrats have a bit of logic and understanding? Ever hear of cause and effect? Giving them all lawyers and granting this first few waves of children amnesty is going to result in even more children being sent across the border.

What do the names Hakeem and Barack have in common? Let them pay for all the expenses incurred by the illegals.

These kids’ Honduran parents should be tried for human rights violations. This is like ethnic cleansing, but with their own kids. Sending them thousands of miles north into a desert without water, where people get their heads chopped off, blown off and bashed in by Mexican druglords. 40 at time and fed to buzzards.

These Honduran parents should take care of their kids or travel with them. What is wrong with these people?

what absolute lunacy…the democrats have lost their addled minds..We have zero monies for our own people…so you want to give lawyers to illegals because holder and obama have broken our laws and ordered our agencies to not enforce the LAW…impeach the evil duo..shut down the borders immediately…ship the kids all back from whence they came from…Only obama and holder, thru illegal actions have invited them..not congress, not our citizens…we have a catastrophe on our hands..the democrats are just as crazy and out of touch, as the right side of the republican party….they are all nuts……

This matter is not “immigration,” versus mass “Illegal Entry” into the USA.

All this sympathetic rah-rah is a another disgusting example of the methodical and incremental dissolution of the USA.

Just look to the TV “Border Patrol” episodes – two things are missing; barbed wire and dogs. Oh, and, take a clue!

Bus the illegals to the nearest Honduran/Guatemalan/El Salvadoran/Mexican embassy or consulate, drop them off and don’t let them leave the embassy/consulate grounds. The illegals are their citizens and they are responsible for them, not the American taxpayer.

I’m glad both sides can come together on this. The Democrats take money from the lawyer lobby, lots of it. They want to throw some business to their sponsors. The Republicans take money from Correctional Corporation of America. That is the company that is going to build the new family detention centers (buy your stock now). You think Obama planted the idea that kids could come here? Think again, and follow the money: Obama doesn’t really have anything to gain from an influx of children, but CCA does.

And if the idea of a “family detention center” doesn’t scare you, it should. Who are they going to put in there when the border fence contractors finally donate enough money to win a no-bid contract to secure the border?

NO. It might save a few billion dollars a year – IF we let them stay. These people should be sent back where they came from and clean up their own messes at home. I would bet a substantial amount of money that American “conservatives” are behind the rumors that brought these migrants to our borders to make President Obama look bad. Change the law, retroactively, and send them all back and do not give Central American countries anymore of MY hard-earned tax money, which will just land in the hands of corrupt officials.

Does anyone know which laws require that we let them stay? I’d like more information on this. Whatever they are they need to be changed, along with the anchor baby scam.

They don’t need lawyers: “Expedited Removal”: The removal of an alien who is inadmissible because the individual does not possess valid entry documents or is inadmissible for fraud or misrepresentation of material fact (INA § 235(b)(1)(B)(iii)). They need transportation BACK! You don’t wanna wind up paying for all those lawyers do ya?
