Why are these particular investors protected when all other investors simply have to take the loss? Because they are already rich investors. If they were all Middle Class nothing would have been done like this.

US law was broken prior to the money being transferred out of the country. According to this judge, fraudulent transfers are legal as long as the money is transferred outside of the US.

Just in case anyone still believes that the Supreme Court’s job is to protect the rights of American citizens instead of protecting the banks and business interests.
