Bad for NECC to kill anyone, but especially a judge. I can’t believe all that’s coming out of this. Now their ‘sister’ company has been checked and it’s loaded with contamination too. Feel bad for other compounding pharmacies that did well and would fix problems if they saw them, but it was only a matter of time before something bad happened. Still waiting to hear results of culture on NECC’s return air duct louvers behind the autoclave – sounds like they were blowing unfiltered air contaminated with the recycling dust.
