The whole purpose of the Keystone pipeline is to sell really bad crude to the Chinese and Japanese thru the TAXFREE port at Freeport Texas. The crude will not be refined in Texas and will NOT be refined at all but burned directly in power plants, WITHOUT AIR POLLUTION CONTROLS, to produce electricity. Ask yourself why the connection pipeline to Freeport is already in place. And the Super tanker off shore offloading facilities off Freeport havd been upgraded to FILL TANKERS.
