Which was successful – LDL went from 210 to 140, I just made it a point to eat an egg every single day, I reduced fast food, cut out deep fried almost totally, and avoid processed food as well. That along with maybe 2.5 hours of exercise a week made a major difference – in not just my blood work numbers, but in how I feel.

People are WAY over medicated.
