UPDATE 2-US court upholds EPA's greenhouse gas rules

Is anyone else making the connection between regulatory policy and a lack of economic growth? It seems as though anytime we want to make significant progress, something seems to trip us up particularly in this regard. As progressive as these policies attempt to be, they usually end up destroying whole industries and certainly take away jobs. The ruling may be good for some, but this seems like more of a reactive measure than a proactive one which will undoubtedly tamper with our economic recovery and most likely need to be tweaked over and over again just as businesses begin to comply with the regulation that was just put forth.
