Yes but we all know what the risk is. And that includes economic risk. For BC province even the economic risk is not worth it on a regional level. Most here know this. We all know that the JRP assessment has downplayed this too. So the risk is even bigger that stated. Most here know this.

Then there is climate change. Many people here in BC are becoming more enlightened on this risk both environmentally and economically. Anyone who looks at this in a non-biased manner knows that this climate risk is unacceptable and the Tar sands fossil fuel has to stay in the ground.
