UPDATE 2-Vitol to offer $192 mln for Sterling Resources

If Vitol manages to buy Sterling Resources at that price, considering its reserves and near term potential to generate revenue… I am buying some Vitol Shares. It strikes me as odd that Sterling has been hammered in the market for the last year or so and then a “trading firm” offers a premium for the shares. (I wonder if Vitol had a short on)
