How do you mismanage the revenues from oil when it is over 75.00 per barrel? Capitalism is based on self-interest, relies on greed, and is most productive in an environment of personal freedom. Chaves’ socialism is based on envy, relies on promoting envy worship, and requires that the serfs be oppressed by governmental dictatorships.

Many years ago I escaped from a communist hell; the communist government there also had 2-tier currency exchange. To call Chavez a socialist is an oxymoron.
