As long as the Federal government keeps meddling with the free-market system, layoffs will continue. Incompetent politicians, of course, will BLAME it on the free-market system. Of course, most politicians don’t even know what that is.

The answer is – I am not going to do it! And obviously I am not alone!

One thing is for sure the government is really good at lying and many are very good at living in the shadow of their delusions.

I work at a top 20 company and they will not hire again because of fears of the impending costs to bring on a new employee. Tax rates too high, cap and trade on the horizon, and possible govt healthcare, all make up the mix of why there will be no increased hiring. We are NOT in an economic recovery!! It was RR who trebled the deficit. It is Shrub’s depressing state we are in, and Nixon went to China; too bad he came back, and devalued and removed the gold standard and overspent and left in disgrace. We could have tea parties over those facts.
