I’m proof that drinking greentea does lower your cholesterol. My cholestrol used to be 198+. I started drinking greentea 8 years ago. My diets and lifestyle had not changed much. But my cholesterol level is now in the 40-50 range. I drink it before every meal and at bedtime. My doctor is still baffled that someone of my size have such good stat.

What about Dandelion tea? Dandelion tea supposedly lowers high blood pressure and high cholesterol, among other things. I really would like to find medical literature/research/studies on these claims.
