Apple must show patents valid in Samsung case: judge

Well if you put any Android/older WinMo/Palm/etc smartphone/tablet in the app drawer it’s bound to look somewhat more iOS-esque seeing as Apple uses that as their homescreen. However, I don’t know anyone who keeps their non-iOS devices on the app drawer and not desktop. Leaving it on it’s actual homescreen, such as in the picture link below, would have been far more honest on Apple’s behalf:

Now, if they’re arguing that they “own” the ~10″ rectangular black glass tablet design… well that’s just a whole new level of arrogance.

Honestly, this is like Toyota suing Honda because if you stand far enough away a CR-V could be mistaken for a Rav 4. Quit yelling about copycats and put forth the effort to make the better product and educate the public as to why. It’s not like Apple doesn’t have a dedicated following as is.

Are you kidding? Copycat is what patents are all about. And a CR-V and a Rav 4? Who taught you logic? Based on your arguments I think a better analogy would be you and a tree stump from 5 feet away.
