Hopefully, the protesters are not the useful stooges of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, or AQIE who are really behind these Arab Spring uprisings, which are funded by the Wahabists and Iran and shamelessly use those who really do want their version of a democratic society; but are seduced into these efforts. However, I remain quite skeptical as to the forces behind the uprisings. Just like it is incomprehensible that Panetta is meeting with and recognizing the ‘new’ government officials in Libya who are MBIL members with Hamas and AQIL backing, which are funded by the Wahabists in Saudi and Iran. Who are the useful stooges, now, besides our state and defense departments and BHO? It’s been a civil war from the getgo, and one in which the US should not have been involved; especially since the rebels have ties to AQIE and others. Anyone who believes that the uprisings in the ME are rooted in a cry for democracy is extremely naïve and/or ignorant. They will use the process to appear to legitimize their rise to power to the world, all the while establishing themselves and the ‘government’ as a hardline Islamist nation holding strictly to Sharia Law and persecuting/prosecuting anyone who does not convert. The people behind the uprisings are anything but democracy seeking. Ya know the Euros don’t do anything for humanitarian reasons – they don’t want more Muslim refugees in their respective countries. Do ya think the US got the same favorable coverage in Kuwait/Saudi Arabia or Iraq? Ya know they didn’t. Remember all those placards of, “No Blood For Oil!!”
And, with Al Qaeda links with the rebels along with the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and Hezbollah insinuating themselves with the rebels and all being funded by the Wahabists and Iran; how near are we to coordinating actions with the rebels, AQIE & MBIE, et al, and are we arming them as well? Do ya think AQ, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and Hezbollah are going to back off against the western world any time soon?

This is so wonderful. The Copts had best leave before the inevitable happens. There will be many who miss Mubarak before this is over.

And when the Islamists are in firm control of Egypt, there’ll be no more elections. The Arab Spring is wound too tight.

Obama is really happy about this. His Reverend Wright would say that it was the chickens coming back to the nest. The Arab uprising was timed perfectly. Any other president it would not have happened… You don’t have to believe me. It has happened just the same.

Don’t look to Obama to say anything this. He doesn’t have any problem with Islamists. To him, a Muslim is no different than say, a Catholic. I dare say, neither does Ron Paul.

With friends like these who needs enemys? Of course this helps Barry, just proves that there are still millions of suckers in the world.

Remind me, this “religion” of which each faction wants to kill everyone in the other factions more than they want to kill all the Infidels, is based on a pedophile named Mohammed who at 25 years of age married a 6 year old girl for his “first wife” and was kind enough to wait until she was 9 years old before he tried to knock-up the child… does that sum it up?

Wait a sec! I thought only 10% of the Muslim World was Islamist. At least, that’s what the TV keeps telling me. I wonder where that other 60% came from?

Must be a miscalculation or something. I’m sure they’ll fix it.

Our foreign policy has been a failure unless you consider having Muslim theocracies taking over the countries we have gone to war with a success. Please consider Ron Paul, the only candidate that will shrink government.

Anyone who thinks democracy creates moral government is a fool. Without a constitution protecting individual rights, Egypt will be no more free or humane than it was before the uprising.

If the people of Egypt wanted freedom and democracy, they will likely not take kindly to radicl Islamic groups imposing Sharia Law on the country. If the two groups are smart, they will go with a less strict model of an Islamic State Government. Of course, the Muslim Brotherhood has never been known for it’s tolerance, or kinder and more gentle approach with people who cross them. The people might have just exchanged one form of dictatorship for another? Time will tell.

I am amazed whenever I read the comments of all the people who state that President Obama lost Egypt. I remember that President Truman was accused of losing China. Of course neither country was the property of the US, but both were governed by military dictators.

Those who claim that US presidents lost the possession of foreign countries must be the same people that want the US military to govern parts of the United States.

How about we offer a trade to Egypt, we will take all of their Christians, and they can have all of our Democrats.
The Dems can go to Egypt and tell all of the Islamists how much they respect their religion and traditions. And we can get some people that will actually work and contribute to a productive society. Sounds like a win-win proposal to me.
