I guess that the state of Texas is paying for the ultrasounds. I’m sure they aren’t

Indeed, one more paving stone on the road to Fascism, as stated above. This will never stand up in higher courts. It’s a battle the fundies are not going to ultimately win, no matter how long it takes. We women simply are not going to stand for a bunch of radical religious freaks taking our rights to govern our own bodies.
