When Sony was selling only TVs with their Trinitron picture tube, it was the industry standard, the one everyone else had to follow.

To most people, there is little if any difference in the major brands of flat panel TV. As they’re losing money on every panel they sell, dropping the category makes perfect sense.

The Playstation 3 is a big drain on the company; they still lose money on every unit they sell and its been out over 5 years. It’s a shame because the last generation (PS2) dominated the market. But they have seen their market share vanish to the Xbox 360 and Nintendo.

VAIO is probably one of the most “sturdy/stable” computers out there.
I think they got left in the dust TV wise… They should focus on software & computers. Their current “All-In-One’s” are EPIC!
That Sony Vegas editing software is powerful and WAY easier than Premier ;^)
