    NEW YORK, April 22 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to on the 
move on Wednesday: 
    AT&T INC  
    Shares of the communications company, a Dow component, rose 
3.3 percent to $26.11 after it reported first-quarter results

    BOEING CO  
    Shares of the plane maker, a Dow component, rose 1.9 
percent to $37.38 after it reported its first-quarter results 
and affirmed its production schedule. [nN21472694] 
    
    MORGAN STANLEY  
    Shares fell 6.5 percent to $23 after the financial services 
company reported a first-quarter loss and cut its dividend to 5 
cents in a move to enhance its capital. [nN22534760] 
    
    WELLS FARGO  
    Shares of the bank rose 2.7 percent to $19.34 after it 
reported a first-quarter profit in line with its prior outlook.

    MCDONALD'S CORP  
    Shares of the fast food chain, a Dow component, fell 1.7 
percent to $54.66 after it reported its first-quarter results.

    CATERPILLAR  
    Shares rose 6.1 percent after JPMorgan upgraded the company

    ALTRIA GROUP  
    The tobacco company reported first-quarter earnings that

    Shares of the metal company rose 0.6 percent to $40.95

19 percent to $8.66 after it reported first-quarter results

after it reported adjusted first-quarter results that beat

    Shares advanced 15 percent to $19.16 after it reported a 
quarterly loss that was narrower than expected.

    Shares of the automaker surged 10 percent to $4.19 after 
Goldman Sachs added the stock to its conviction buy list.

    Shares of the shipping company rose 3.9 percent to $54.57 
after Bank of America-Merrill Lynch upgraded the company to 
"neutral" and lifted its price target to $56 from $48. 
    
    TUPPERWARE BRANDS  
    Shares of the food storage container company advanced 15 
percent to $24.56 after it reported first-quarter results above

    YAHOO INC  
    Shares of the Internet company rose 3.5 percent to $14.87 
after it reported first-quarter earnings that met expectations 
and said it would cut 5 percent of its work force late Tuesday.
