FRANKFURT, July 2 (Reuters) -Germany's HVB, a unit of Italian bank Unicredit (CRDI.MI), now holds a 6.4 percent stake in HeidelbergCement AG (HEIG.DE), the company said in regulatory filing.
The filings released on Thursday showed HVB controls 7,998,006 voting rights in ordinary shares, which amount to a 6.4 percent stake. (Reporting by Edward Taylor; Editing by Greg Mahlich)
