--For fiscal 2007, the franchisor and operator of Popeyes
Chicken & Biscuits expects net earnings to be at the lower end
of its prior view of 81 cents to 85 cents a share.

--The company said in the third quarter, it expects
same-store sales to fall 1 percent to 2 percent and to be
relatively flat in the fourth quarter.

--AFC said it expects total domestic same-store sales for
full year 2007 to fall about 2 percent compared with its
previous outlook of flat to slightly negative.

--For fiscal 2007, analysts on average were expecting
earnings of 85 cents a share, excluding items, according to
Reuters Estimates.
