--The provider of enterprise resource planning software to
manufacturing companies said second-quarter results included a
pre-tax stock compensation expense of $1.5 million, or 3 cents
a share.

--For the third quarter, the company expects earnings to be
breakeven to 5 cents a share, including an estimated charge for
stock compensation expense of 3 cents a share, on revenue of
$60 million to $64 million.

--The company forecast full-year earnings of 12 cents to 23
cents a share, including a charge for stock compensation
expense of 12 cents a share, on revenue of $250 million to $257
million.

--In May, it had forecast earnings in the range of 18 cents
to 28 cents per share, including a charge for stock
compensation expense of 11 cents per share, on revenue of $247
million to $258 million, for the year.

--Analysts on average were expecting third-quarter earnings
of 9 cents a share, excluding stock-based compensation expense
and other items, on revenue of $62.7 million, according to
Reuters Estimates.

--For the full year, analysts were expecting earnings of 32
cents a share on revenue of $254.2 million.

--Shares of the company were down about 4.5 percent at
$7.80 in late electronic trade, after closing at $8.17 Thursday
on the Nasdaq.
