June 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday.

** Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N) plans to reject InBev NV's INTB.BR unsolicited $46.3 billion takeover offer, saying it undervalues the company, a source familiar with the situation said.

** Israel's Orbotech Ltd (ORBK.O) agreed to buy Photon Dynamics Inc PHTN.O, a maker of flat-panel production tools, for about $290 million. [ID:nBNG78181]

** Kuwait's Aref Energy (AREF.KW) said it had bought 51 percent of an Omani drilling and oil services company for 875,000 dinars ($3.30 million). [ID:nLA148069]

** U.S. power company Duke Energy Corp (DUK.N) said it bought wind energy company Catamount Energy Corp from private equity firm Diamond Castle Holdings for about $240 million. [ID:nWNAS9326]

** Kuwait's Aref Energy Holding (AREF.KW) said it has bought from its parent company stakes in a Sudanese oil services and contracting company and an Omani drilling and oil services firm. [ID:nL26146541]

** A group of Bulgarian coal mines, Consortium Energia MK, won a tender to buy the Bobov Dol thermal power plant for 100 million levs ($80.13 million), the country's privatisation agency said. [ID:nL26660303]

** Swedish telecom operator Tele2 (TEL2b.ST) divests Tele2 luxembourg and Tele2 liechtenstein to Belgian telecom operator Belgacom for approximately SEK 2 billion. [ID:nWEA0302]

** World number one bearings maker SKF (SKFb.ST) said it had signed a deal to buy U.S.-based Peer Bearing Co for an undisclosed sum. [ID:nSAT005330]

** Oriola-KD Oyj (OKDBV.HE) said it has increased its holding in Kronans Droghandel, based in Sweden from 85.62 percent to 98.13 percent. {ID:nWLA5385]

** Singapore's United Overseas Bank (UOBH.SI) said it will pay 780 million yuan ($114 million) for a 15.38 percent stake in China's Evergrowing Bank. [ID:nSFB000871]

** German chemical maker Lanxess (LXSG.DE) said it planned to acquire two inorganic pigments production facilities from a previous Chinese partner, marking its first acquisition in China. [ID:nSEO298857]
