UPDATE 1-Gander Mountain says CEO resigns

Sept 8 (Reuters) - Outdoor-products retailer Gander Mountain (GMTN.O) said Chief Executive Mark Baker resigned and it named Chairman David Pratt as interim CEO.

Baker will join The Scotts Miracle-Gro Co (SMG.N), a supplier of lawn and garden products, as president and chief operating officer, Gander Mountain said.

Shares of Gander Mountain, a retailer of hunting, fishing and camping equipment and accessories, closed at $3.63 Monday on Nasdaq. (Reporting by Sriram Iyer in Bangalore; Editing by Vinu Pilakkott)
