UPDATE 1-Tetra Tech says completes acquistion of 3 companies

* Says acquired cos had total revenue of $85 mln

June 16 (Reuters) - Tetra Tech Inc (TTEK.O), which provides water engineering services, said it completed the acquisition of three companies with a combined revenue of $85 million.

The company did not disclose terms of the acquisitions. Tetra Tech said one of these was its acquisition of Tesoro Corp, a construction management firm that works primarily for the U.S department of defense with revenue of $80 million.

Shares of Tetra Tech closed at $27.61 Tuesday on Nasdaq.
