HUNTINGTON BANCSHARES (HBAN.O)

The bank hired Kevin Blakely as its new chief risk officer, starting in early July.

Most recently, Blakely was chief executive of the Risk Management Association.

VIST FINANCIAL CORP (VIST.O)

The financial company appointed Michael Herr as chief operating officer of its VIST Insurance division.

Prior to that, Herr was senior vice president at VIST Insurance.

Herr will report to VIST Financial president and chief executive Robert Davis.

DEUTSCHE BANK (DBKGn.DE)

Deutsche Bank hired Joanne Jensen, Pat Janco, Becky Creavin and Jennifer Shaw as managing directors of its U.S. Private Wealth Management Group.

The four join Deutsche Bank from Citi Private Bank.

FINRA

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority added four new members to its board of governors.

Seth Waugh, chief executive of Deutsche Bank Americas, and James Weddle, managing partner of Edward Jones, will replace Robert McCann, formerly of Merrill Lynch, and Thomas Russo, formerly of Lehman Brothers.

FINRA also said NYSE Regulation's interim chief executive, James Duffy, will assume the seat held by Richard Ketchum before he became chief executive of the regulatory body.
