Nov 2 (Reuters) - Some small and midcap stocks to watch on Monday:

REVLON INC (REV.N), $9.31, up 10 percent

The cosmetics maker said one of its units was seeking to amend its bank term-loan and bank revolver credit agreements. [ID:nBNG506083]

CAPITALSOURCE INC (CSE.N), $3.22, down 10 percent

The commercial lender posted a third-quarter loss of $274 million, hurt mainly by a two-fold rise in bad loan provisions and an accounting charge. [ID:nBNG155518]

RBC BEARINGS INC (ROLL.O), $20.74, down 4 percent

The ball bearings maker posted second-quarter results below market expectations. [ID:nWNAB7537]

GTX INC (GTXI.O), $4.75, down 47 percent

The company said the U.S. health regulators did not approve its experimental drug to reduce fractures in men with prostate cancer citing clinical deficiencies and asked the company to conduct a second late-stage study, sending GTx shares down. [ID:nWNAB8211]

PERRIGO CO (PRGO.O), $38.23, up 3 percent

The generic drug maker posted better-than-expected quarterly results and guided full-year earnings above Street projections. [ID:nWNAB8187]

TESSERA TECHNOLOGIES INC (TSRA.O), $21.27, down 4 percent
