Lumena Resources shares unchanged in HK IPO debut
HONG KONG, June 16 (Reuters) - Shares in Chinese chemicals maker Lumena Resources Corp (0067.HK) were set to open unchanged with their IPO price on their trading debut on Tuesday after the firm raised HK$1.15 billion (US$148 million) in a Hong Kong offering.
Lumena shares were set to open at HK$2.00 each, the same as their price in an initial public offering at the middle of an indicative range of HK$1.72-HK$2.56.
Sichuan-based Lumena and its owners are selling 577.2 million shares, or 30 percent of the firm's enlarged share capital. Credit Suisse (CSGN.VX), Macquarie (MQG.AX) and BOCI handled the deal. (US$1=HK$7.8) (Reporting by Donny Kwok; editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
