China National Building says Q1 cement sales up 72 pct
HONG KONG, April 22 (Reuters) - China National Building Materials (3323.HK) said on Wednesday its cement sales volume rose 72 percent in the first quarter from a year ago under the country's stimulus measures that have focused on infrastructure projects.
The company expects to sell 127 million tonnes of cement this year, surpassing Anhui Conch (0914.HK) to become the largest cement maker in China, President Thomas Cao told reporters.
