Shandong Chenming in $195 mln Metso, Andritz deal

HONG KONG, July 7 (Reuters) - Shandong Chenming Paper (000488.SZ) (1812.HK) said late on Monday it would buy equipment and parts from Metso Corp (MEO1V.HE) and Andritz Group (ANDR.VI) for 1.33 billion yuan ($194.6 million).

The purchases will be used for a project to bring annual production capacity of high quality culture paper to 450,000 tonnes, the company said.

The project will be financed by funds raised by the company and bank loans, it added.
