NOTE - Investment holding company Sinofert (0297.HK),
formerly Sinochem Hong Kong Holdings Ltd, is principally engaged
in the production, import and export, distribution and retailing
of fertiliser raw materials and finished products.

The calculation of share earnings is based on the weighted
average of 6,983.42 million shares in issue during the period vs
6,000.02 million shares the same period a year ago.

The total dividend for the year is 4.64 H.K. cents vs 2.76
cents.
