NOTE - Beijing Enterprises (0392.HK) is engaged in the
production, distribution and sale of consumer products, and
investment in transportation infrastructure.

The company proposed a final special dividend of five HK
cents per share vs 10 cents per share.

The calculation of share earnings is based on the weighted
average of 1,138.03 million shares in issue during the period
vs 859.60 million shares the same period a year ago.

Total dividend for year is 65 HK cents (including interim
dividend of 20 cents and final special dividend) vs 60 cents
(including interim dividend, interim special dividend and final
special dividend).

The consensus (mean) forecast, according to a poll by
Reuters Estimates, was for net profit of HK$2.02 billion for
