- The state organisation for wives of Barisan Nasional (National Front) assemblyman and members of parliament, was dissolved and the remaining funds, amounting to 590,665 ringgit, donated to charity organisations and Bakti.

- DiGi.Com Bhd (DSOM.KL) has recorded an 18 percent increase in net profit to 290 million ringgit for the first quarter ended March 31, compared with the previous corresponding quarter, Chief Executive Officer Johan Dennelind said.

- Petroliam Nasional Bhd's (Petronas) PETR.UL unit, Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, will pay 574.48 million ringgit to a SapuraCrest Petroleum Bhd (SCRS.KL) and Seadrill Ltd joint venture company for the immediate use of a self-erecting tender rig.
