* Celebi-owned venture to run services at Brussels airport

* Secures $21.8 million bank loan to finance investments

ISTANBUL, July 1 (Reuters) - Turkey's Celebi (CLEBI.IS), an airport handling company, said on Wednesday its venture has won a licence to run ground services at Brussels Sud Airport.

Celebi also said in a filing it had secured a 41.7 million lira ($27.8 million) loan from a Dutch bank it did not identify to finance investments.

Celebi owns 70 percent of the venture, Celebi Ground Handling Hungary (CGHH), that was awarded the 10-year operating licence at Brussels South Charleroi international Airport by Belgium's Transport Ministry.

Celebi has licences to run ground services at airports in Mumbai, Budapest and at airports across Turkey and is seeking to buy the Spanish and German ground-services companies of Spain's Acciona (ANA.MC).
