Russian businessmen, Czech PPF acquire Polymetal
MOSCOW, June 16 (Reuters) - Polymetal (PMTL.MM), Russia's largest silver miner, said on Monday that a controlling stake in the company had been transferred to businessmen Alexander Nesis, Alexander Mamut and Czech investment fund PPF. The stake was sold by Aniketa Investments Ltd, which is controlled by Russian billionaire Suleiman Kerimov.
