MILAN, July 2 (Reuters) - Italian insurer Unipol (UNPI.MI) said it had issued a 175 million euro ($247 million) bonded loan in a private placement to controlling shareholders and other investors.
The three-year senior bond has an annual fixed rate of 5.25 percent, the company said in a statement on Thursday. (Reporting by Danilo Masoni) ($1 = 0.7087 euro)
