 MOSCOW, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Following are figures for Russian refining runs
and output of gasoline, gas oil and fuel oil in January 2008, provided by the
Energy Ministry.

    - Jet kerosene production fell 1.6 percent to 651,300 tonnes from 662,000
