Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on Nov 5

 MILAN, Nov 5 (Reuters) - The following factors could affect
Italian markets on Thursday.
 Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot

 FIAT (FIA.MI)
 Chrysler's new boss offered an ambitious outlook for the
automaker, saying it would more than double sales, roll out a
dozen new models built on Fiat platforms and pay back debt to
U.S. taxpayers over the next five years. [ID:nN0421635]
 
 Chrysler said it will break even in 2011 and reduce net debt
to $4 billion in 2014 from $8 billion end 2009. It aims to repay
U.S. government loans in full by 20014. [ID:nWEN6126]
 
 ENEL (ENEI.MI)
 Enel, as well as Spain's Gas Natural (GAS.MC), are looking
to shed assets to reduce debt as acquisitions boosted their core
earnings in the first nine months [ID:nL4210436]
 
 ENI (ENI.MI)
 Eni expects final approval from the Iraqi government for a
contract to develop the Zubair oilfield in the next few days,
Eni Chief Executive Paolo Scaroni said on Wednesday.

 GENERALI (GASI.MI)
 Italy's largest insurer will see an improvement in its
third-quarter net results on Thursday from the previous year and
quarter, a Reuters poll of 11 analysts showed. [ID:nL2445762]
 
 PRYSMIAN (PRY.MI)
 The cable maker's third quarter results are expected to show
first signs of stabilisation in sales and profits even if core
profits will be sharply lower, according to 11 analysts.

 UTILITIES
 The Italian upper house of parliament approved a decree
clause calling on public shareholders in utilities with water
and environmental businesses to cut their stakes to no more than
40 percent by end-June 2013 and no more than 30 percent by
end-2015. The decree will now go to the lower house. 
 
 SMALL AND MID CAPS
 
 PIAGGIO (PIA.MI)
 The maker of Versaid in a statement that Chief Operating
Officer for Operations Daniele Bandiera had resigned for
personal reasons. It said the functions of the general
operations division would be managed under a new organisation
model.
 
 CAMFIN (CAMI.MI)
 The company got the go ahead to publish the prospectus for
its rights issue of an overall 100 million euros. The offer
period will stretch from 9-27 Nov. 
 
 SEAT PAGINE GIALLE (PGIT.MI)
 Standard & Poor's lowered to 'B' from 'BB-' its long-term
corporate credit rating on the yellow pages publisher.

 The group's board set the price of a rights issue of up to
