Kenya Airways shares plunge after full-year loss
NAIROBI, June 5 (Reuters) - Shares in Kenya Airways (KQNA.NR) plunged 25.1 percent on Friday after the airline posted a surprise full-year loss of 5.66 billion shillings ($71.8 million) because of fuel hedging losses.
At 0950 GMT, Kenya Airways shares on the Nairobi Stock Exchange were trading at 17.6 shillings, down from Thursday's close of 23.5 shillings and the lowest since March 25 when they hit 17.05 shillings. (Reporting by Duncan Miriri; Editing by David Clarke)
