INTRALOT SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE 150 MLN EURO BOND
Intralot (INLr.AT), the world's second-largest lotterys systems provider, said on Thursday it got shareholders' conditional approval to issue a bond of up to 150 million euros. [ID:nL4566427]
EYATH SEES 2009 PRETAX PROFIT DOWN 8.5 PCT
Greece's second largest water utility EYATH (TWSr.AT) said on Thursday it expects pretax profit to drop 8.5 percent in 2009, before a rebound in the next two years. [ID:nL41011040]
Separately, Spanish water utility Aqualia, part of FCC (FCC.MC) group, is reportedly interested in EYATH, financial daily Imerisia reported, citing unnamed sources. The Greek government has said it will seek a strategic investor for the company this year.

GREEK Q1 GDP GROWTH SLOWS TO 0.3% Y/Y
