HELSINKI, Aug 7 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and others factors on Thursday:

NORSKE SKOG (NSG.OL)

The Norwegian papermaker is expected to report a 36 percent drop in core earnings on Thursday. Analysts surveyed by Reuters estimated on average that earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) fell to 595 million Norwegian crowns ($114.8 million) in April-June from 923 million a year earlier.

TGS-NOPEC (TGS.OL)

Norwegian seismic surveyor TGS-Nopec, a supplier to the booming oil and gas industry, is expected to report a 51 percent rise in second-quarter pretax profits to $56 million on Thursday, according to the average estimate in a Reuters poll.

SECURITAS (SECUb.ST)

The world's second-largest security services and guarding group is seen posting a 70 percent rise in second-quarter pretax profit on Thursday according to a Reuters poll.

Pretax profit is seen at 686 million Swedish crowns compared with 403 million in the corresponding quarter of 2007, according to the mean estimate in the poll.

NOVO NORDISK (NOVOb.CO)

The Danish drugmaker is expected to report a 10 percent rise in half-year 2008 operating profit, mainly boosted by sales in the modern insulin segment, according to a Reuters poll.  Continued...
