 MILAN, June 12 (Reuters) - The following factors could
affect Italian markets on Friday.

 FIAT (FIA.MI)
 The automaker's proposal for Opel, General Motors Corp's
GMGMQ.PK German unit, is still on the table, Prime Minister

 Italy's government will hold talks with management and
unions on June 18, following its acquisition of Chrysler's
strongest assets, Industry Minister Claudio Scajola said on

 INTESA SANPAOLO (ISP.MI)
 Credit Agricole (CAGR.PA) wants to agree on a new pact with
Italian insurer Assicurazioni Generali (GASI.MI) over their
combined stake in Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo by end-June, its
chief executive was quoted as saying by Il Sole 24 Ore.

 ENEL (ENEI.MI)
 Libya wants to replicate the solar energy plant of Enel at
Priolo in Sicily in the Libyan desert, MF said without citing
sources. The paper said Libya is mulling buying a stake in
Enel's renewables unit when it comes to market, it said.
 
 IMPREGILO (IPGI.MI)
 IGLI, the builder's biggest shareholder group, has renewed
its stakeholder accord to June 12, 2010, member Fondiaria-SAI
(FOSA.MI) said on Thursday. The others are Autostrade per Italia
(ATL.MI) and Argo Finanziaria. IGLI holds 29.96 percent of
Impregilo.
 
 UNICREDIT (CRDI.MI)
 Federico Ghizzoni, head of the bank's central and eastern
Europe operations, said there would be "serious pressure" on
provisioning because of the region's economic downturn, the
Economist newsmagazine said. Ghizzoni also said there was
"fierce competition for deposits" as banks built up their local
funding levels.
 
 GENERALI (GASI.MI)
 *  Russian tycoon Oleg Deripaska has hired Banca Leonardo as
adviser in its talks with Generali to reach a solution over
Russian insurer Ingosstrakh in which Deripaska holds 62 percent
and which Generali wants to take control of, Il Sole 24 Ore
said, without citing sources. Leonardo has very good relations
with Generali, it said.
 
 ING raises rating to "buy" from "hold"
 
 SMALL- AND MID-CAPS
 
 PIRELLI RE (PCRE.MI)
 Pirelli & C Real Estate has priced its 400 million euro
($561 million) rights issue at 0.50 euro a share, a 89.8 percent
discount to Thursday's closing price. [nLB446056]
 
  * RCS MEDIAGROUP (RCSM.MI)
 THe periodicals unit will not be closed but there will be
big cuts in staff, MF reported without citing sources.
 
  * CAMFIN (CAMI.MI)
 The holding company with a major stake in Pirelli & C
(PECI.MI) has reached a debt rescheduling deal with banks and is
ready to give its go ahead to a capital increase of 100 million
euros, Corriere della Sera said, without citing sources.

  * CAMPARI (CPRI.MI)
 The group is sounding out U.S. investors for an
institutional bond issue of $150 million relating to the Wild
Turkey acquisition, the weekly Il Mondo said, without citing
sources. The group is preparing for a rating from the credit
agencies, it added.
  
  * GRUPPO COIN (GCN.MI)
 The group has seen flat like-for-like sales in June so far
after a "big pickup" in May, Chief Executive Stefano Beraldo
