OPAP INTERESTED IN POSSIBLE TENDER FOR ITALIAN LOTTERY

OPAP (OPAr.AT) would be interested in a possible tender for the Italian instant lottery, should the Italian government decide to launch such a contest and provided the terms are attractive, OPAP's CEO was quoted as saying to financial daily Imerisia.

EUTELSAT TO START OFFERING SATELLITE BROADBAND INTERNET IN GREECE

France's Eutelsat (ETL.PA) will start offering satellite broadband internet services in Greece, with Hellas Online HOLr.AT acting as its local distributor, effectively marking the end of OTE's (OTEr.AT) monopoly in the market, financial daily Kathimerini reported.

DELHAIZE STARTS 30.5 EURO/SHR OFFER FOR GREECE'S ALFA-BETA

Delhaize (DELB.BR) said it launched a voluntary 30.5 euro per share cash tender offer for the rest of AB Vassilopoulos (ABVr.AT) shares it does not already own. AB's shareholders have until July 9 to accept Delhaize's (DELB.BR) public offer. [ID:nWEA6534]

EYATH EXPECTS 2009 NET PROFIT OF 17.5 MLN EUROS

Water utility EYATH (TWSr.AT) expects after tax profit of 17.5 million euros in 2009 and 20.6 million in 2010, the company's management told institutional investors during a presentation, daily Imerisia wrote. EYATH also said it signed a memorandum of understanding with non-listed telecoms provider Cosmoline to develop a fiber optics network.
