Shares in Tristel (TSTL.L) rise 6 percent to a 12-month high, extending gains after Monday's announcement of its appointment as the UK distributor of portable air decontamination products from French company Air In Space.

Analyst Vadim Alexandre at Daniel Stewart says alongside the deal the company is benefiting from sentiment linked with swine flu because the product may be used in the event of an outbreak.

The company told Reuters earlier on Tuesday the deal could lead to a 50 percent increase in sales over the next three to five years. [ID:nWLA3917]
