FRANKFURT, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg (EBKG.DE), Germany's third-largest utility, reduced its expectations for 2009 profits as it will earn less from selling power in Europe's largest power market.
The power company, based in Karlsruhe, southern-Germany, now expects adjusted earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) to fall "slightly", it said on Friday, after previously forecasting an increase of adjusted EBIT of as much as 3 pct. (Writing by Peter Dinkloh)
