UPDATE 2-NORDIC STOCKS - Factors to watch on April 14

HELSINKI, April 14 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday:
NORDEA (NDA.ST), SAMPO (SAMAS.HE)
The chief executive of Finnish insurer Sampo told Danish daily Jyllands-Posten the financial crisis may trigger consolidation in the Nordic banking sector.
"The only way consolidation can happen is for example if a problem occurs, that a bank finds itself in a situation where it no longer has suitable capital levels," the paper quoted CEO Bjorn Wahlroos as saying.
Sampo holds a 11.7-percent stake in the Nordic region's biggest bank, Nordea.

TELE2 (TEL2b.ST), TELENOR (TEL.OL)
The two Nordic telecom operators will unveil plans to build a fourth generation network through a joint venture later on Tuesday, Tele2 said. The companies will hold a news conference at 0800 GMT.

AKER ASA (AKER.OL), AKER SOLUTIONS (AKSO.OL)
Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg said on NRK radio that Aker ASA and Aker Solutions should "clean up" after a $250 million asset sale by Aker to Aker Solutions came under heavy criticism from some investors, analysts and politicians.
At the end of last week, Industry Minister Sylvia Brustad said the deal should have been presented to Aker Solutions' shareholders' meeting, so she did not consider it binding.
The row pits Aker's main owner, Kjell Inge Roekke, against the government -- a shareholder in Aker Solutions -- in a controversy that has risen to the centre of the national political agenda. Continued...
