Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on June 16

 MILAN, June 16 (Reuters) - The following factors could
affect Italian markets on Tuesday.

 FIAT (FIA.MI)
 European new car registrations fell 4.9 percent in May,
making a run of 13 months of declines, according to industry
association ACEA. Fiat's sales in the region rose 2 percent.

 Fiat's Alfa Romeo brand expects to sell 125,000 Alfa Romeo
cars this year, up 15,000 from last year, its CEO Sergio Cravero
told Il Giornale in an interview. He said the objective was to
grow to sell more than the 200,000 units target and that 2011
would be the turning point year for the brand.
 
 * ENI (ENI.MI)
 Retail investors have underwritten 1 billion euros on the
first day of the sale of Eni's six-year bond, MF reported citing
bank sources.
 
 * GENERALI (GASI.MI)
 The insurer has put on the table a 500 million euro capital
increase for its Ina unit, MF reported.
 
 * FINMECCANICA (SIFI.MI), ANSALDO STS (STS.MI)
 Ansaldo STS, a unit of Finmeccanica (SIFI.MI), said in a
statement it has won a contract to build a metro at a university
in Riyadh. The contract is worth 218 million euros ($301.4
million), and Ansaldo's share is 149 million euros.

 UNICREDIT (CRDI.MI)
 Goldman Sachs cut its target price on the bank to 2.5 euros

 TELECOM ITALIA (TLIT.MI)
 Telecom Italia launched its $2.0 billion two-part note sale,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. The sale includes $1
billion each in five-year and 10-year notes. [ID:nN15208039]
 
 BULGARI (BULG.MI)
 Italian jeweller Bulgari said the overall size of its
equity-linked bond offering has been increased to 150 million
euros ($208.2 million) after Goldman Sachs exercised an

 SMALL- AND MEDIUM-SIZED COMPANIES:
 
 EUTELIA (EUT.MI)
 The telecommunications operator has sold its Agile
information technology unit to Omega SpA for 96,000 euros plus 6
million euros of debt, according to a statement on Monday. The
sale is part of a reorganistion of Eutelia.
 
 IT WAY (ITWY.MI)
 The information technology company presents its first-half
results to analysts.
 
 * BENI STABILI (BNSI.MI)
