TAKE-A-LOOK-UK recommends big bank governance overhaul

 July 16 (Reuters) - Banks in Britain should publish top
earners' pay, be able to claw back and defer bonuses and ensure
non-executive directors have industry expertise in order to help
avert future financial crises, a review sponsored by the British
government said on Thursday.
